Returns and Exchanges Policy
We absolutely repair defective products! Something not quite right with your product? Send us a photo of the issue. If we determine that we've goofed up, we'll send you the postage via a PDF mailing label to print out so you can send it back to us for fixing. All you'll have to do is get a free box from the US Post Office, affix the postage, and send it on its merry way. You can even reuse the box and packaging we originally used to ship it - simply replace the old label with the new one we'll send to you.

Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our floggers.


Order cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placement. You can expect your refund within 5-10 business days thereafter.


Currently, we only ship to North American locations. About half of the world's countries have laws about importing products like ours. We'll expand our shipping options as we sort those out.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
